The Annual Accounts are being prepared and will be available for viewing at the meeting.
Item 9 is a proposal, by the Committee, to supplement the Deed of Trust by additional Rules and Regulations which will clarify how the Committee operates and takes into account technical and societal changes. The Rules and Regulations will be subservient to the Deed of Trust, which is not altered. The Deed of Trust allows and, indeed, expects such Rules and Regulations to be created.
